By entering the Blue Roo Theatre Company Inc. International Day of Disability Big Raffle, participants agree to the following terms:
Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over. Employees of Blue Roo Theatre Company Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. However Blue Theatre Company Inc. volunteers are eligible to win.
Prize Draw: The raffle will be drawn at 11:am AEST on Wednesday, 3rd December 2025. Winners will be selected at random via live stream on our Facebook page.
Prize Collection & Delivery:
Blue Roo Theatre Company Inc. does not cover any travel or associated costs to and from Rydges South Bank or Emporium South Bank Hotels
Prize items requiring delivery to winners’ residences will be coordinated by Blue Roo Theatre Company Inc. and the respective prize sponsors.
Prize Conditions:
All prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Warranties and guarantees for donated products or services are the responsibility of the original donating company. Blue Roo Theatre Company Inc. is not liable for product faults, service issues, or warranty claims. However, Blue Roo Theatre Company Inc. is happy to liaise with the donating company to assist our winners in resolving any concerns.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 business days of the draw date of 3rd December 2025. 
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, a redraw may occur at the discretion of Blue Roo Theatre Company Inc.
Use of Funds Raised: 
All proceeds from this raffle will directly fund Blue Roo Theatre Company Inc.’s 2026 productions, enabling us to deliver inclusive, disability-led arts experiences that enrich our community. Blue Roo takes no administration fee. 100% of funds raised go toward supporting our disability participants and their creative journeys.
Privacy:
Personal information collected during the raffle will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and contacting winners. It will not be shared with third parties.
Disputes & Decisions:
All decisions made by Blue Roo Theatre Company Inc. regarding the raffle are at the discretion of Blue Roo Theatre Company Inc. 
Refund Policy: 
Contact Blue Roo Theatre Company Inc. to request a refund on a case-by-case basis. Humanitix fee is non-refundable. Please email info@bluerootheatre.org.au
